Dr. Juliya Vaghani, DDS

Dr. Juliya Vaghani earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. She is committed to ongoing education through the Spear program and is an active member of the North Carolina Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry

Passionate about serving underserved communities, Dr. Vaghani volunteers with Mission of Mercy, the NC Baptist Mobile Medical/Dental Ministry, and Wake Smiles. During dental school, she provided care at an orphanage in Mexico and recently helped place dental implants in the Dominican Republic alongside leading oral surgeons.

She is known for her calm, empathetic approach and dedication to patient care. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

Dr. Neel Patel, DDS

Dentist

Dr. Neel Patel is a compassionate and highly trained general dentist committed to delivering personalized, high-quality dental care. Dr. Patel earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from prestigious Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating with High Honors in 2018. He practiced in Massachusetts from 2018 to 2024, where he developed a reputation for his gentle approach, clinical precision, and dedication to patient comfort. His passion for dentistry began in India, where he graduated from dental school in 2010. He practiced privately from 2012 to 2014, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of patient care.

Dr. Patel is Invisalign® certified and has completed advanced training in dental implant placement through the respected Implant Pathway program. He is also trained in conscious sedation techniques, helping patients manage pain and anxiety for a more relaxed dental experience.

Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Patel enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also loves to travel, cook, and host friends—bringing the same warmth and hospitality to his personal life that he offers to his patients every day.

Dr. Devang Patel 

Board-Certified Endodontist

Dr. Devang Patel, DDS, widely recognized by his patients and colleagues as Dr. Dev Patel began his dental career in India, where he completed his initial dental education. In 2013, he moved to the United States, driven by a passion for lifelong learning and professional advancement. Dr. Patel furthered his academic credentials by earning a master’s in public health (MPH) from the University of North Texas, where he was inducted into the Delta Omega national honor society, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with honors and being elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society.

Dr. Patel dedicated three years to practicing general dentistry in Raleigh, NC, with a strong focus on patient care. His passion for preserving natural teeth led him to specialize in Endodontics, prompting him to pursue a two-year endodontic residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City before returning to Raleigh. After successfully completing the rigorous three-part board certification process, which assesses diagnostic skills, clinical proficiency, and professional judgment at a level that promotes the highest quality of patient care, Dr. Patel became a board-certified endodontist.

Dr. Patel is deeply committed to a patient-centered approach, combining his expertise in endodontics with compassionate care to restore and maintain healthy smiles. He also values clear communication with patients and referring dentists to ensure seamless continuity of care for his patients. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Patel enjoys woodworking, golfing, and spending time outdoors.
